About The Scottow Sundowner 5k

Looking to stretch the legs after a long day at work? Then why not take on the Scottow Sundowner 5k along this fast and flat road race around RAF Coltishall. The race is suitable for experienced runners and beginners alike - for the quickies its a chance to record a PB and for those who are new to races, a perfect first race. 
 The race is held under UK Athletic Rules which means the results are eligible for rankings.
Accurately measured course.
 Engraved trophies for leading runners and age category winners, and a quality bespoke medal for all finishers. 

The Course
This 5k race is pancake flat and features a single lap of the old air field at RAF Coltishall, including some sections along the runway. An ideal course for those seeking to run a PB or for a first 10k.

First Aid
St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep runner following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.

Car parking is available, but spaces will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are buses available from nearby railway stations, including North Walsham.
