oin us for the return of this great Summer Series for Kent using the undulating forest paths and trails in and around Bedgebury Pinetum.

The event is open to runners of all abilities, from novices to experienced athletes. A choice of 10k or 5k are available with 5k runners completing one lap and 10k runners completing two.

There will be medals and finish line goodies on offer to all finishers. There are prizes on offer to leading men and ladies plus a variety of age category prizes and team prizes for both male and female (3 to score).

Series prizes are also on offer for leading man and lady with points awarded for race positions across the series.

The Course
The race features a scenic, undulating course using the forest tracks and trails within Bedgebury Pinetum. Runners will complete one lap for 5k and two laps for 10k. 

First Aid
St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep runner following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.

Bedgebury National Pinetum & Forest is just off the A21 in Kent. The race is best accessed by car and your entry fee includes vehicle admission charges. There will be parking on site.

The area is also accessible by bicycle.

Please enclose a large stamped addressed envelope. Please make cheques payable to 'Nice Work'. Postal entry closes seven days before race day, but entries can be accepted on the day, subject to availability.
